The wallet is non-custodial

You create and keep the keys. OW does not take custody, does not pool deposits, and does not redeem coins for you. Losing the seed can mean losing the funds. You review every transaction before you sign.

Confirmation

Before you send, you review the recipient and the amount on this device, then you confirm.

OW ID

A name.ow is a usage right, not an investment, a security, or a promise of profit. One-character names are not for sale. Two to four characters can be registered yearly or bought outright. Five or more characters include one name per account. Brand, exchange, and impersonation names are blocked, including lookalike letters. Address labels stay on the device.

Local law and restricted features

You will not use a feature where the law that applies to you, or the venue’s own terms, forbids it. Store listing is the control for whether the app is offered. OW does not ask your nationality. A trading feature may be unavailable in regions that network excludes. Prediction orders are not offered in this version.

Third parties

Third-party protocols and licensed providers have their own rules and can fail, pause, or liquidate positions. OW does not guarantee prices or uptime.

No advice

Nothing in the app is an offer of investment, a recommendation, or a solicitation. Perpetuals and lending can lose the entire amount. You can be liquidated.
