OW WalletCompliance and restricted jurisdictions
Cevtar Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (CR No. 80782737), with its registered office at Unit 903B, 9/F., Cameron Commercial Centre, 458-468 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. This page states who may use OW Wallet and where card purchases and sales are not offered. It is not a statement that Cevtar is a bank, an exchange, or a money-service operator.
1. What we are not
Cevtar publishes non-custodial software. We do not hold customer cryptoassets or fiat. We do not exchange assets for you. We do not redeem a balance. Because we do not take custody, we do not run a customer identity programme inside the wallet.
2. Card providers run their own checks
MoonPay and Transak provide card purchases and card sales. Each of them collects identity information, screens customers, and applies its own terms and geographic rules. A decision to accept or refuse a customer is theirs. We do not receive a copy of the identity file.
3. Restricted regions
Do not use OW Wallet if you are located in, or a resident of, the United States or its territories, or mainland China.
Do not use a card purchase or card sale if you are located in, or a resident of, the United Kingdom. The restriction on ramps is in addition to any restriction MoonPay or Transak applies on their own pages.
Do not use the product if you are in a country or territory, or you are a person, subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, Hong Kong, the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. You must use the product for yourself, not for a person who is not allowed to use it. You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you, including tax reporting.
5. What we may do
We may block a name, turn a feature off for a region, or refuse to serve the website. Remote config can disable swaps, perpetuals, prediction markets, lending, or card entry without an app update. We do not use IP address or nationality to decide whether the app itself opens.
